Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Negro Acres, each item is made specifically for you once an order is placed. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as wrong size selection, changed mind, or preference.

Please review sizing charts carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We will gladly replace or refund items that arrive:

• Damaged
• Defective
• Incorrectly printed
• Different from what was ordered

To be eligible, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos showing the issue.

Once verified, we will issue a replacement or refund at no additional cost. In most cases, you will not be required to return the item.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items ordered in the wrong size
• Items worn or washed
• Items returned without prior approval
• Clearance or final-sale items (if applicable)
